We are a hospitality company which is currently operating “Hotel Alexander” at Matheran, which is a popular hill station in Maharashtra. The Hotel Property is taken on a leave and license against which we have given a substantial security deposit which is refundable in nature. There is no material outflow in form of rentals or license fees and hence it makes our operating cash flow stress free. We believe that by not owning assets we will be continue to remain liquid and would be able to move away from non-performing assets and move into performing assets in an easier and much smoother way. We intend to execute our plans of renovating and re-organising the facilities of the recently acquired property – Hotel Alexander and reaching profitability levels over the next financial year. Simultaneously we intend to identify other value proposition assets like these and scale our business operations further. We believe that running multiple locations would provide us scaling benefits and costing advantages.
Hotel Alexander is one of the oldest hotel properties in Matheran and has been in existence operating under this brand for over 3 decades. The property is located in a secluded hill side and is an ideal for getting away from the city’s hustle and bustle. The creamy location of our property makes it a useful and valuable asset to stay in. The visitors may enjoy the happy faces and the excitement on faces in the market area as well as the greenery present in the surrounding area the property becomes a landmark if it is talked about the zenith of footfall and also if it is talked about the most picturesque and lush green environment. The lodging is treated in accordance to provide the numerous comforts of all the stuffs like bed, interiors and the decency inside.
Our hotel being located at the close proximity of railway terminal and the market as well as other tourists spots like Louisa Point (2km), Coronation Point (1km), Monkey Point (2km), Mount Barry (3km), Khandala Point (1km), Panorama Point (2km), Echo Point (1km) and King George Point (2km).

Mr. Shreyas Shah, aged 30 years, is the Executive Director of our Company. He has obtained his Bachelor’s degree in Law from the University of Mumbai. He has an experience of over 8 years in the field of investments and finance. His functional responsibility in our Company is looks after the day to day activities of our Company and handles the overall management of our Company. He has played an extremely crucial role in team building, infrastructure setup and clients addition.
Mrs. Sonakshi Varma
Mrs. Sonakshi Varma, aged 27 years, is a Non-Executive Non-Independent Director of our Company. She has obtained her Bachelor’s Degree in Law, from the University of Mumbai and is a Management Graduate. She has Business experience of over 5 Years.
Mr. Niken Shah
Mr. Niken Shah, aged 28 years is a Non Executive Independent Director of Our Company. He has obtained his Bachelor’s degree in Law from the University of Mumbai. He has over 4 years of working experience in the field of Legal work, Indirect Taxation, Corporate Compliances, RBI as well as Foreign Compliances. At present he is working as an Assistant Manager with V J Shah & Co. He joined the Board of Our Company on July 17, 2018 as an Independent Director
Mrs. Tejal Vala
Mrs. Tejal Vala, aged 35 years, is the Non Executive Independent Director of our Company. She has completed her Master’s in Commerce from University of Mumbai. She has 4 years of experience as lecturer in Aakash College and Nirmala Memorial College. At present, having more than a decade year of professional experience in the field of garment industry helping companies to designing, marketing and negotiations of garment products.
Mr. Chinmay Bhiwandikar
Mr. Chinmay Bhiwandikar has been appointed as the Chief Financial Officer of our Company. He holds B.com (Accounts & Finance) degree from Mumbai University. He possesses knowledge and expertise in various fields such as Finance, Accounts, Strategic Planning, etc. His contribution would immensely benefit the company
Our hotel comprises of 13 private cottage rooms and 12 executive rooms. The rooms are totally assorted with all the quality belongings and are fully furnished with beautiful interiors as well as the cozy arrangements of furniture and services like hot and cold water facility available in the attached washrooms in the rooms, television, telephone.
